Used alone or sometimes blended with natural fibers, polyester fibers and filaments provide durable, lightweight options for everything from clothing and carpets to outdoor fabrics and automotive upholstery.
We produce two types of polyester fibers that are ultimately used in a variety of consumer goods.
POLYESTER STAPLE FIBER
Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) is made from fibers of a limited or discreet length that are spun or
woven together in 100% form or with other fibers.
PSF is used in many household products, such as carpets, home furnishings, and garments.

POLYESTER FILAMENT
Polyester Filament is a continuous fiber prized for its strengh and versatility DTY textured filament (draw textured yarn) manufactured from the processing of POY (part oriented yarn) that under goes a streching and cimping process to give strength volume and softness to the yarn.
Its applications are wide, but we can mention the most common ones: fabrics, knits, clothes, and clothing items in general, ribbons, labels, sporting and decorative items (cushions and duvets), tennis fabrics, car seats and even zippers.
